I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks in Gatwick Airport North while waiting for my delayed flight. Despite being stuck for two hours, the staff made the wait enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and quick to serve. A special thanks to Hetal for her commendable attitude and thoughtful service she went out of her way to ensure my food was promptly heated. I enjoyed their classic hot chocolate, which was perfect for my evening. Highly recommend this location for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere

Absolutely fantastic service from Gabriel! I stopped by Starbucks at Gatwick North Terminal early in the morning before a flight, and Gabriel truly made my day. Despite the early hour, he was cheerful, helpful, and made a perfect cold brew .exactly what I needed at 4 am! His positive attitude and attention to detail were a breath of fresh air.
